Welcome to 叙界AI (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how Hunan Beating House Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use the App and related services, and describes your rights. Please read this Policy carefully before you use the App. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
This Policy applies to our processing of your personal information when you access or use the interactive narrative and branching story reading services of 叙界AI through mobile clients (including but not limited to Android), unless we provide a separate notice.
To provide account registration and sign-in, content display, gameplay progress and favorites, customer support, and security safeguards, we may process the following categories of information (depending on the features you actually use and any consent you give):
The current Android client declares network access (INTERNET) in its manifest for the online services above. If future versions add permissions, we will explain their purpose in the App and obtain consent where required by law.
On web pages or in-app web views, we may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain sessions and remember preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser or system settings; some features may not work if you disable them.
In principle, personal information collected and generated in our operations within the People’s Republic of China is stored in permitted domestic locations. We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. After the retention period ends, we will delete or anonymize the information.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or disclose information only in the following cases:
If personal information must be transferred outside China, we will comply with applicable laws (including security assessments, standard contracts, or certifications as required) and inform you of the identity and contact details of overseas recipients and safeguards, where applicable.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No security measure is perfect; please keep your account credentials confidential and do not share them with others.
Where permitted by applicable law, you may exercise rights such as access, copy, rectification, supplementation, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, data portability, and account cancellation. You may contact us using the details at the end of this Policy; we will respond within the timeframes required by law. After account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize relevant information unless retention is required by law.
If you are under fourteen years of age, please read this Policy with a parent or guardian and use the App only with their consent. We process minors’ information only where permitted by law, with verifiable parental consent, or where necessary to protect minors.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you through in-app notices, announcements, or prominent placement on the website. If changes are material, we will obtain consent again where required by law. Continued use of the services after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy unless stated otherwise.

欢迎使用「叙界AI」（以下简称「本应用」）。我们重视您的个人信息与隐私保护。本政策说明在您使用本应用及相关服务时，我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享与保护信息，以及您享有的权利。请您在使用前仔细阅读；若您不同意本政策内容，请停止使用本应用。
本政策适用于您通过移动客户端（包括但不限于 Android 等平台）访问或使用「叙界AI」互动叙事与分支剧情阅读服务时，我们对您个人信息的处理活动，除非另有单独说明。
为实现账号注册与登录、内容展示、游玩进度与收藏、客户服务及安全保障等目的，我们可能处理以下信息（具体以您实际使用功能及授权为准）：
当前 Android 客户端在应用清单中声明的主要权限为网络访问（INTERNET），用于上述在线服务。若后续版本增加权限，我们将在应用内说明用途并依法征得同意（如适用）。
在网页端或应用内嵌网页场景下，我们可能使用 Cookie 或同类技术以维持会话、记住偏好。您可通过浏览器或系统设置管理 Cookie，但可能影响部分功能。
原则上，我们在中华人民共和国境内运营中收集和产生的个人信息存储于境内法律允许的区域。我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期限内保留您的个人信息，除非法律要求或允许更长的保留期。超出保存期限后，我们将删除或匿名化处理。

若您是未满十四周岁的未成年人，请在监护人陪同下阅读本政策，并在监护人同意后使用本应用。我们只会在法律法规允许、监护人明确同意或为保护未成年人所必要的情况下处理未成年人的信息。
我们可能适时修订本政策。更新后，我们会通过应用内提示、公告或网页显著位置等方式通知您；若修订涉及重大变更，我们将依法重新取得同意（如适用）。继续使用服务即表示您接受更新后的政策（另有说明除外）。
